Customers who have both OnePass and MileagePlus accounts are reminded to link their accounts by January 28, 2012. This important process enables customers to transfer miles between accounts and may elevate elite status. Most importantly, accounts will be ready for the 2012 MileagePlus program, which takes effect late in the first quarter of 2012.
